I’m here to help you live intuitively & with intention through movement, meditation, journaling, & healing foods.

I’m Casey Newman ~

a yoga teacher, spiritual lifestyle & wellness coach, and retreat leader based in Wilmington, NC. I started practicing yoga in 2012, almost out of necessity, when I was living in Scotland. I was feeling lost & completely disconnected from myself—stuck in a cycle of toxic patterns. It sounds cliche, but yoga (along with world travel and deep self-study) truly changed my life. I completed my first teacher training a couple of years later in 2015, and from there I knew one of my life’s deepest purposes was to help guide others back to themselves.

    Casey's 5 day retreat in the Mountains was exactly what I needed. It was so nice to be with like minded people, disconnected from my phone and from my day to day responsibilities. Each and every yoga class we did was wonderful along with journaling, breathwork and the time on the lake was amazing.

    We shared laughs, tears and I returned home feeling much less stressed, recharged, remembering my strength and power. I needed the reminder to release the fear and start taking more meaningful action in accomplishing my goals. This will be a retreat to remember!

    My experience during the program was AMAZING! Meeting with Casey was something I always looked forward to. She is knowledgeable, understanding, and truly cares about your progress. Casey meets you where you are and helps you make small adjustments that lead to big change. She truly goes above and beyond. I learned something new about myself with each and every session!

    Now I have a much better relationship with food and exercise. I learned to love myself and to be grateful for my body and what it is capable of. I learned that exercise can be enjoyable and versatile. I learned the importance of meditation, hydration, and listening to what my body needs each day.
